We are an international group of companies operating across European and Latin American markets. We build and scale our own products and projects in e-commerce with in-house logistics, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
Remote / Full-time – Kyiv time zone (EET / EEST)
Mission of the Role
To turn partner traffic into a recognizable brand and loyal customers that deliver sustainable growth in LTV and revenue.
Requirements
4–6 years in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in D2C / e-commerce / Health & Beauty / FMCG with a solid understanding of direct online sales.
Proven product marketing experience: positioning, GTM, and launching offers from scratch with measurable results.
Experience working with offers, pricing, funnels, and their unit economics (COD or marketplaces a plus).
Experience building and managing product subscriptions / a continuity model.
Experience building and scaling partner (affiliate) traffic.
English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level, preferably C1.
Ukrainian at C1 level or above.
Knowledge
Product marketing core: Ideal Customer Profile, positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, product-market fit.
Building a straight-sale business model: offer ladder, pricing, funnels, unit economics.
GTM mechanics: launching into new markets, product launches, hypothesis testing.
Retention / CRM marketing: segmentation, replenishment, LTV growth.
Performance, affiliate, and marketplaces: the mechanics and economics of each channel.
Metrics: acquisition (CAC, CR), value (LTV, AOV, ROMI), cohort analysis, COD economics (delivery rate).
Advertising regulations in the Health & Beauty niche, and GDPR / local regulations across LATAM and the EU.
Skills
Thinking in terms of unit economics and making data-driven decisions.
A/B testing offers and creatives, and scaling winning hypotheses quickly.
Strong analytics: working with reporting and raw data, and structuring it fast.
Managing by objectives: OKRs / KPIs, building metrics and performance controls.
Building relationships and communicating with international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and launching a new straight-sale business model across LATAM, Europe, and the USA.
Driving traffic (affiliate, performance, marketplaces) for both the current and the new model.
Owning pricing, funnels, and positioning.
Running GTM and launching new products / offers across the EU, LATAM, and the USA.
Growing retention / CRM marketing to increase LTV.
Managing the budget, analytics, and reporting for the CEO.
Managing the brand and product line for cross-sell, promos, and offer-focused creatives.
